## Description We need a more directed approach to `go-cuckoo`'s interface. This ADR proposes that direction. ## Changes - Add ADR template. - Add "Adopt Congruent and Familiar Design For `go-cuckoo`" ADR. ## Design Decisions - ~~Put ADRs under `adr/` for more.
