## 🔍 Motivation & Context Requiring `npm` and `node` to be present in all repositories, regardless of tech-stack used, is getting cumbersome and unnecessary. For now, I am removing this. In the future, I will find a better way to get commit-lint working. ## 🔖 Related Issue None. ## ✨ Changes - Removed all traces of `commitlint`.
